  I was hired in through a staffing agency in 2014. It was one my worst work experiences. I had little job training, they expected me to know things about my job as the furnace operator that wasnt explained to me. When I did something wrong, management would not advise me how to correct my mistakes or how to do my job better. There were people there working 6 months and never hired into the company itself. They work you 12 hours a day 7 days a week and i was getting sick because of the job. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to work for this place. The big wigs wouldnt acknowledge you either if you greeted them. You are just a number to them. They yell at you if you clock in one minute late or clock out one minute early. If you work here, im praying for you and good luck.
