  Unexpectedly Excellent! I travel a lot for work and I usually am able to stay in the Westin or its hip sister chain, W Hotels so this is my baseline of experience I'm seeking. I have to admit, I was not excited that none of my usual hotel chains were available in the area but on a recommendation, I checked in at the Springhill Suites Benton Harbor and was absolutely pleased with what I found! The lobby and rooms are cleaned to perfection, the mid-century modern-inspired decor is stylish but relaxing, and the staff stopped at nothing to ensure myself and my team were happy and had everything they needed. A true gem!
